ACT takes your privacy very seriously. We honor the right to
be forgotten so long as it does not violate law or data
retention policy. Put in simple terms. We cannot delete
your data upon your request if you are an active customer or
law dictates otherwise.


Collection
ACT collects the majority of it's data from customers
directly. Credit apps, tradeshow forms, website forms.
Some data is collected through online marketing, however
this data is aggregated or demographic in nature.


Use
We use this information to respond to the request or inquiry
you have submitted to us through the contact form, support
tickets or other inquiries.


We also use this information for marketing purposes, such
as to send you our newsletter or other promotional emails.
You may choose to stop receiving our marketing emails by
contacting us and requesting to be removed or the
unsubscribe link provided. With your consent, we may also
post your name and a testimonial on our site.


Consent
The collection of personal data based on your consent is
done by volunteering information through dealer
applications, contact forms, etc.. You may withdraw consent
to personal data processing at any time.


Contract
We also use personal information for fulfilling our
obligations related to contracts and agreements with
customers, partners and vendors.

Simply put, an assessment is made and high probability of
interest is believed to exist. This legal basis is primarily
related to our sales and marketing purposes. We will always

Generally speaking, we do not do it. Your data is not sold or
