AC POWER DISTRIBUTION
2 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
ACT Entertainment warrants all AC Power Distribution products sold (the “Product”) as follows:1. Who is covered:
The person or entity that originally purchased the Product directly from ACT Entertainment or via an authorized reseller.
2. What is covered by this warranty:
The Product will, at the time of initial shipment, be in conformity with the specifications of the Product and free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use, for two (2) years from the original purchase date.
3. What Is not covered:
a. This warranty does not cover:
i. Physical damage.
ii. Damage caused by improper installation, improper or abnormal use, misuse, neglect, or accident.
iii. Damage caused by another device used with the Product.
iv. Warranty service or shipping outside North America.
b. This warranty is void if:
i. The Product serial number has been altered, effaced, or removed.
ii. The Product is altered or modified in any way.
4. Obtaining warranty service:
a. Authorization is required.
b. Customer must notify ACT Entertainment of the claimed defect and obtain a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) number no later than fifteen (15) days after the end of the warranty period. Contact ACT Entertainment for an RMA number. c. Returning the Product for service. After an RMA number is issued, the defective product must be packaged securely in the original or other suitable shipping package to ensure that it will not be damaged in transit, and the RMA number must be prominently marked on the outside of the package. Do not include any manuals or accessories in the shipping package. ACT will only replace the defective portion of the Product and will not ship back any accessories. d. Shipping Costs. The customer is initially responsible for all in-bound shipping charges to ACT. ACT will reimburse the customer for standard shipping charges if the Product is covered by this warranty. ACT will not be held responsible for any packages that are lost in transit. Return shipping charges shall be prepaid by ACT. Expedited shipping is available upon request and provided shipping charges are prepaid by the customer.
5. Warranty Service:
If the Product defect is covered by this warranty, ACT will, at its option, repair or replace the defective Product at no charge to you for parts or labor. The replacement Product (or parts) may be new, reconditioned, or comparable to the defective one. If a material defect is incapable of correction, or if ACT determines that it is not practical to repair or replace the defective Product, the actual price paid by the original purchaser for the defective Product will be refunded upon return to ACT of the defective Product. All Product or part thereof that is replaced by ACT or for which the purchase price is refunded, shall become the property of ACT upon replacement or refund. ACT warrants repaired or replacement Products (and parts) for ninety (90) days from shipment to you or through the end of your original warranty, whichever is longer.
6. No other warranties:
ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED AND DO NOT APPLY.
No ACT Entertainment employee, representative, or agent is authorized to make any warranties, representations, or obligations inconsistent with or in addition to those set forth in this limited warranty.
7. Limitation of liability:
ACT ENTERTAINMENT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. ACT is not liable for lost profits, downtime, damage or destruction of other equipment, or property, personal injury or loss, or any other damages. ACT’s entire liability will be limited to replacement, or repair, at its option.
8. Governing law:
This warranty will be governed by the law of the State of California, excluding its conflicts of laws and principles.

ACT Entertainment Product Limited Warranty
This Ayrton product from ACT Entertainment carries a warranty against defects in material or workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the initial date of purchase. This limited warranty protects the original owner and all subsequent owners provided the product was purchased in the U.S. and proof of purchase is presented when warranty service is required.
ACT Entertainment does not, however, warrant its products against any or all defects arising as a result of accident, unreasonable use, improper service or other causes not arising out of defects in material and workmanship.
During the two (2) year warranty period, ACT Entertainment will supply all parts and labor to repair or replace (at our option) defects covered by this limited warranty, provided the unit is returned to one of the following locations to be specified on the Return Merchandise Authorization:

LED Engine warranty is 5 Years and covers physical failure of the LED engine itself. It does not extend to:
i. Any electronic circuits driving, controlling or monitoring the LED engine.
ii. To the maintenance of lumen (l70) levels or color stability.
iii. To units deployed in applications where they are in continuous use of more than 14 hours per day.
iv. To units deployed in areas where the ambient temperature falls outside the stated temperature operating ranges for said unit.
v. To units which have had engines replaced by anyone other than an Ayrton certified/ trained technician.
vi. To units deployed in permanent outdoor installations.
vii. To units used contrary to the instructions to be found in the manual.
viii. Applies to units sold after September 1, 2023

Lava Cable
Limited Lifetime Warranty
Lava Cables are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner. This limited warranty covers the Lava product and component parts. If any such defects are discovered, your cable assembly will be repaired or replaced at our option. (Lava Apparel is not covered under this warranty)
This warranty is void if any defects are caused by mishandling, negligence or damage (not resulting from defect or malfunction), or if any repairs or services have been carried out by anyone other than ACT Entertainment.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights, which may vary from state to state.
If service should be necessary, your Lava Cable product should be well packed in a sturdy container and returned prepaid to:

For any product using a customer proprietary private label, or design for an OEM product to be built at any ACT Entertainment facility, the ACT Entertainment direct customer assumes all warranty responsibilities for the product to their end user. ACT Entertainment will support its warranty as prescribed by product, to the direct ACT Entertainment customer.
If a direct ACT Entertainment customer wishes to supply an ACT Entertainment warranty to their end user, they must provide the warranty verbatim, by product type with no alterations.
MDG
ACT Entertainment Product Limited Warranty (USA)
This MDG product from ACT Entertainment carries a warranty against defects in material or workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the initial date of purchase. This limited warranty protects the original owner and all subsequent owners provided the product was purchased in the U.S. and proof of purchase is presented when warranty service is required.
ACT Entertainment does not, however, warrant its products against any or all defects arising as a result of accident, unreasonable use, use of non-MDG fluid, improper service or other causes not arising out of defects in material and workmanship.
During the two (2) year warranty period, ACT Entertainment will supply all eligible parts and labor to repair or replace (at our option) defects covered by this limited warranty, provided the unit is returned to one of the following locations to be specified on the Return Merchandise Authorization:

This warranty is void if any defects are caused by mishandling, negligence or damage (not resulting from defect or malfunction), or if any repairs or services have been carried out by anyone other than ACT Entertainment.

Ultimate Support
Ultimate Support Limited Lifetime Warranty Details
IN ITS COMMITMENT TO UNCOMPROMISING PRODUCT QUALITY, ACT ENTERTAINMENT PROVIDES A LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY ON ULTIMATE SUPPORT BRANDED PRODUCTS. ACT ENTERTAINMENT WARRANTY OBLIGATIONS ARE LIMITED TO THE TERMS SET FORTH AS FOLLOWS:
ACT Entertainment warrants product to be free from manufacturing defects under normal use for the limited life as defined by product obsolescence or five (5) year period – whichever is longer from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser.
If the product is no longer manufactured by ACT Entertainment (obsolete), and qualifies for repair under the warranty program, the product will be replaced with the closest comparable product as determined by Ultimate Support Systems.
This warranty does not include damage to the product resulting from normal wear and tear, accident, misuse, improper installation or operation, or unauthorized repair or alterations.
The Limited Warranty does not apply to any non-ACT Entertainment products or sub-brands including JamStands by Ultimate Support even if packaged or sold with other products.
Should the product become defective within the warranty provisions, Ultimate Support will elect to repair or replace the product free of charge at our option, including free return postage, provided it is delivered prepaid to Ultimate Support Systems.
ACT Entertainment may elect to send original end-user new or refurbished customer-installable replacement product or parts.
Proof of purchase must be submitted with the returned product.
All products needing to be sent to Ultimate Support Systems, for repair or replacement must have a Return Authorization Number and will be returned to the sender un-repaired if one is not included. Please contact Customer Support at service@ultimatesupport.com for a Return Authorization Number and return instructions.
It is the sender’s responsibility to pay for shipment to Ultimate Support Systems.
If the product is determined to fall under warranty, ACT Entertainment will pay for return shipping to the customer within the contiguous 48 states.
If a replacement product or part is provided, the original product or part becomes the property of Ultimate Support Systems.
Robert Juliat
ACT Entertainment Product Limited Warranty (USA)
The Robert Juliat product from ACT Entertainment carries a warranty against defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the initial date of purchase. As a commitment to quality, our LED fixtures come with a 3-year warranty, including the LED engine. Additionally, we are extending a 5-year warranty for the LED engine of the Sully white version and Tibo HE profile spot. This limited warranty protects the original owner and all subsequent owners provided the product was purchased in the U.S and proof of purchase is presented when warranty service is required.
ACT Entertainment does not , however, warranty its products against any or all defects arising as a result of accident, unreasonable use, improper service or other causes not arising out of defects in material and workmanship. Further, this warranty does not cover consumable parts such as fuses, lamps, or lenses.
